At LGPL we have green belt areas covering total area of 10,000sq.mtr. in which continuous plantation is done in order to maintain clean & green environment around the units.

Factory ensures that environmental & pollution standards are maintained in all the units. Also all the units abide by with state and central norms for environment and pollution. And make sure units have all clear NOC’s and certifications up-to-date.

LGPL also ensures optimum health & safety standard requirements for its workers. The units are equipped with all health and safety equipments. Regular trainings are conducted to make workers aware of their health and safety during working hours.

At LGPL we regularly conduct various training programs for workers as well as staff to make them aware of all standards and norms.

As a responsibility towards society LGPL under support from parent company RSPL runs ‘Laxmi Devi Dayal Das Charitable Hospital’. Which is a significant social initiative taken by RSPL Group to serve the humanity. The hospital aims at providing medical assistance for ailments and surgeries to the poor and needy.
